Service Support Manager Position in Munich

We are seeking for the service department located in our Head Office in Munich a Service Support Manager with ESL experience:

Your Tasks:

The SSM is responsible for training, mentoring and driving the service standards of centers in Germany (both in center and online)

Conducts center visits and creates action plans for Service Managers to improve or maintain their Service offering and results

Training, mentoring and development of new and existing Service Managers

Pro-actively support Service Managers with headcount management and staff recruitment

Budget control through management of efficient staff scheduling

Cost management through didactic stock control

Drive internal sales through full implementation of the Client Fidelity Plan

New product testing, roll-out and implementation

Interim Service Manager in key centers (as needed)

Your Profile:

University degree & ESL qualification (CELTA or equivalent preferred)

Minimum 2 years’ experience of Service management

Proven ability to drive service KPIs and internal sales results

Excellent track record in PT and Teacher recruitment, training and mentoring

Multiple center experience and advantage

Ability to motivate and implement WSE Service Best Practice

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to manage multi-cultural teams

Ability to work independently

Flexible to travel

Level-headed, mature and solution-orientated

Be in possession of valid EU working permit
