Requirements:

-MUST BE a native English speaker with valid work visa in Japan

-At least 1 year ESL teaching experience in Japan

-Like young children

-Have a good knowledge of phonics

-Be creative with various game ideas

-Feel comfortable singing and dancing, acting, reading story books in class

-Understand children’s development thresholds

-Believe in student-centered learning

-Possess a flexible, positive and friendly attitude

Job Description

1. Job Overview:

- teach small classes of max. 8 students mainly from the ages of 3-16 years assisted by a Japanese native on a 3 days per week schedule (Wed, Thu, Fri).

2. School locations:

- Tokyo and Saitama

- willing to commute to different locations on different days (Wed, Thu, Fri)

3. Compensation/Welfare

Each lesson will be compensated at 3000 yen (transportation is also compensated)

We offer paid training and transportation. Teachers will be able to work towards benefits which include an end of year and other bonuses.

PLEASE NOTE: This position is to start immediately with training. You must be willing to give a 100% commitment to stay with the company until March 31st 2016.
