Requirements

• Native English Speaker (only American, British, Canadian, Australian, South African) for visa purposes

• BA degree in relevant discipline

• Professional certification in teaching English language (i.e. CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, ESL, ..) and/or relevant certification for P.E, ICT, and ARTS

• Minimum 4 years of full-time teaching experience

Responsibilities

• Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons in line with Common Core Standards and American Diploma curriculum

• Grading and report writing

• Assessing and reporting on student performance on a weekly basis

• Developing supplementary materials

• Attending staff meetings and/or workshops arranged by senior staff

• Effectively communicating with parents/guardians

• Other assigned duties based on work needs

Working Hours and Teaching Load

7:00 – 3:10 Sunday through Wednesday

7:00- 3:10 on Thursday unless notified otherwise (till 4:00) by administration for training purposes

The teaching load is up to 24 hours of in-class contact with students. Staff and Faculty however have to be present on site during official working hours.
