Assistant Language Teacher(ALT) for Spring 2016 Kanto Area

Heart English School is looking for a native English-speaking teacher. The position is for public elementary and junior high schools.

General details:

-Basically Monday to Friday

-Working hours: typical public school hours (9:00-16:00)

-Ample vacation time during summer and winter breaks

-Company accommodation can be arranged

-Visa sponsorship available if you meet the requirements

Basic requirements:

-Native-level English ability

-Driving ability (Must have valid Japanese or International Driver's License; if needed Heart can lease a company car for 20000 yen per month, which includes all insurance costs.)

-BA/BS degree or higher from a university

-Some experience teaching English or working with children

-Some Japanese ability strongly preferred (but not necessarily required)

-Friendly with desire to teach and work with children

-Flexible and able to work well with children

-Flexible and able to work well with many different types of teachers and students

-Independent and able to fulfill a one-year contract

All new ALTs must obtain initial orientation and go through a basic medical check up, or provide a clean bill of health from a recent doctor visit.

Min. Salary:　￥9,000 / Max. Salary:　￥12,000 / Salary Term: Daily Wage
