HEAD OF ESL DEPARTMENT URGENTLY REQUIRED IN RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA - SUPER SALARY!
Chase Resourcing, Europe's leading Education Recruitment Experts, urgently require a Head of ESL Department to work with our partner in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
As The Senior Teacher Coordinator, you will report to the College and provide assistance in managing the training and administrative operations of ESL Department which is the cornerstone of the two year training program.
You will be teaching male trainees who will eventually work in the Electrical Engineering sector. You will manage a multinational, all native English Speaking staff that will have access to the latest technologies, materials and CALL labs. You will be responsible for meeting the training and learning needs of the students who are all Saudi nationals and aged from 18 – 22 years of age.

Main Duties
Supervise and manage the ESL staff
Supervise Computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL) lab sessions
Prepare lesson plans, advise staff and develop programs
Provide office hours for student consultations and advice
Give course quizzes and tests in accordance with program requirements
Mark tests and record grades using the LMS;
Keep accurate student attendance using the student information system
Attend and participate in staff meetings as required
Implement academic quality assurance mechanisms, including student mid- and end-of-course evaluations
Participate in on going professional development;
Responsibly utilize the LMS for instructional and administration purposes
Minimum Qualifications
Native English speaker
Citizen of the USA, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa (subject to visa availability)
Master’s degree specifically in ESL, TESOL or Education ONLY will be considered
CELTA (or equivalent) certified
A minimum of 5 years’ relevant teaching experience
