Native English-speaking Teacher Needed in Gifu Prefecture

 
Let's English, based in the beautiful Japanese prefecture Gifu, is looking for a native English-speaking teacher, for one full-time position.

Location: Gifu prefecture

Contract: One year, commencing April 1st 2016.

Training provided (training begins in March).

Salary: 250,000 JPY per month.

Hours: 24-28 hours per week.

Apartment: Subsidized, furnished apartment. No key money or deposit required.

Holidays: Approximately seven weeks per year.

Insurance: Japanese National Health program.

Visa: Provided.

Let's English is a private language school that teaches English to all age groups. Therefore, we are looking for an individual who enjoys teaching both young children and adults. A real love for Japan, its culture and a passion for teaching are essential. We are not looking for a person whose sole interest is making money. You will get all the help you need from the moment we pick you up at the airport. Although we take our jobs seriously, we also know how to have fun with our students. We encourage our teachers to socialize with them and we occasionally host events.

Successful applicants will be a native English-speaking individual, from North America, Australia, New Zealand, or the U.K. A completed, four-year University degree is required, and some teaching experience or qualification is preferred. An international driving license is required. Preference will be given to applicants with Japanese language abilities.

Airfare is not provided.
