Job Description


Superintendent – Industrial Relations


Requirements

Minimum S1 majoring in Law, Social Science, Psychology or Mass Communication.Minimum 7 – 9 years experience in the field of industrial relation.Have an understanding of Indonesia Manpower Regulation.Have a good skill in negotiation in conflict and pressure situation.Able to maintain good relation with officials from the Department of Manpower, Disnaker, Industrial Relation Court and all Unions in KPC as well as with KPC employees.Permanent position available.


Specialist – Purchasing


Requirements

Minimum S1 with 3 years of experience or D3 with 6 years of experience.Experienced in the field of purchasing.Strong knowledge about filing and database systems as well as general purchasing issues.Advanced knowledge of natures of purchasing.Possess excellent planning and organizing skills.Possess knowledge of ERP (not essential).Permanent position available.


Specialist – Contract


Requirements

Minimum S1 majoring in Mining or Engineering field with 3 years of experience.Advanced knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations, especially those related to commercial activities.Demonstrated good skills in composing and review of contractual documents.Technical knowledge related to the services is an advantage.Possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written (Bahasa and English).Demonstrated good negotiating skills in dealing with contractual matters, claims, and meetings.Have a good process mapping and facilitation skills.Starong understanding about supply chain management and continuous improvement techniques to improve it.Permanent position available.


Specialist – Organizational Development


Requirements

Minimum S1 majoring in Human Resources (HR) Managemen, Psychology, Industrial Engineering with 3 years of experience.Strong knowledge of up-to-date HR and organisational development issues.Have a good time Management, analytical thinking, problem solving skills.Strong interest in people development.Permanent position available.


General Requirements

Have a good and effective oral/written commuinication skills (English and Indonesia).Demonstrated good interpersonal and organisational skillsHighly self-motivated and strong analytical skills.Proficient in computer literacy (MS Office).Creative, self-starter, team player and having self-integrity.
