2 ESL TEACHING POSITIONS AVAILABLE - September 2014-June 2015

We are looking for an enthusiastic ESL teachers, passionate about his/her work and eager to embark on what is sure to be a memorable teaching experience in Italy! You will have the chance to inspire our students while broadening your horizons as a teacher while enjoying the beauties of Lake Maggiore.
Our institute has two schools located in the charming towns of Arona and Borgomanero; beside enjoying the enchanting views of the lake and surrounding mountains, you will also be able to reach major cities such as Milan and Turin.

TEACHING REQUIREMENTS

Native English speaker: Required

Citizenship: Applicants must be EU citizens or hold a valid EU work permit/VISA

Bachelor degree: Required or above

Teaching certificate: Preferred (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA or equivalents)

Experience in teaching: General English to Adults, Young Learners, Business English, preparation for English Proficiency exams

Years of experience: min. 4 years

Teacher’s duties include: plan, prepare and deliver lessons, maintain a professional attitude and appearance, show enthusiasm and creativity in all lessons, actively participate in all meetings/workshops, show flexibility, and a continued drive to improve

Driver's license: Required

POSITION DETAILS

Teaching position: ESL teacher

Courses: Young Learners, General English to Adults, Business English for Corporate Students,Conversation Classes

Levels: from beginner to advanced

Age range: children, teenagers, adults

Working days: Monday through Friday (morning, afternoon and evening classes) & Saturday morning

Working hours: from 8.00am to 9.30pm (on average 26 hours a week)

Salary: monthly salary issued at the 10^th of each month - €1.100,00 (gross). Teachers will receive two bonus in December 2014 and June 2015

Contract duration: 1 September 2014 - 28 June 2015 (renewable)

Insurance: Health and Pension Insurance coverage through the Italian Social Insurance System

Location: Arona, Northern Italy

ACCOMODATION

Accommodation: either a single occupancy fully-furnished apartment or in a room in a shared apartment. The apartment is located in the town centre of Arona, close to the school. Teachers will be asked a monthly contribution for the rent.
