**Teacher Trainer / Trainer of English**

Location: BURMA Start Date: ASAP

Our client is recruiting Teacher Trainers for the The English for Education College Trainers (EfECT) project to work with the Teacher Educators from across the state Education sector to improve the quality of education across primary, secondary and tertiary sectors of Burma's state education system.

The successful candidate will deliver training to primary and secondary English Language Teachers working in government schools in Burma.

The role:

- To plan, prepare and deliver high quality English language teaching/teacher training that meets the needs of different customer groups

- Monitor progress and provide regular feedback

- Contribute to the development, evaluation and improvement of teacher training/English language courses, materials and related services

- The successful candidate will also be expected to actively engage in professional development and performance management to ensure quality and high standards in teaching and learning

Essential Criteria (to apply for the positions you MUST meet the client’s following requirements):

- High proficiency in English (IELTS 8/9 across all 4 skills if not native level)

- Undergraduate degree (related degree preferred)

- CELTA, DELTA, PGCE in TESOL or Trinity TESOL qualifications

- 4 years of teaching/training experience, which need to be POST TEFL

- Knowledge of e-learning is desirable

Package:

- Basic salary from $2,600 - $3,300 per month depending on qualifications and experience.

- Flights provided

- Baggage and settling-in allowances

- Medical allowance

- 35 days leave allowance per year

- Laptop provided

- Transportation allowance

- 12 month contract initially (potentially renewable)

- Completion of contract bonus
