DEBATE TEACHER WANTED at MPOLY Language Institute (Koreapolyschool) - Kyunggido, Ilsan, Korea

WORKING CONDITIONS
* Hours: Mon.~ Fri. 14:00~22:30
* Contract length: 1 year
* Starting date: As soon as possible
* Location: Kyunggido, Ilsan

SALARY & BENEFITS
* Full time, 2.7-3.0 million won per month (negotiable based on experience)
* Flight to Korea & return flight upon completion of contract
* Severance pay at the end of a contract period
* Health Insurance 50% covered
* Housing: Studio Apt. / One Room (15 mins. walking distance)
* 10 days paid vacation per year (5 each in Summer/Winter)

SCHOOL INFORMATION
* Teaching level: Grade 5~9
* 40 mins/class, max. of 12 to 14 students/class
* Current Teachers: 6 Korean, 6 Foreign teachers
* A New teacher teaches regular debate/Writing/Reading subjects during A Block,
teaches/coaches Debate Clubs during B Block.

To teach debate, the teacher must have:
* have an experience coaching debate
* know various parliamentary debate formats
* a comprehensive understanding of public forum debate

Ideal Debate Teacher would have:
* experience coaching and/or competing in debate competitions
* experience coaching and/or competing in Model United Nations or mock trial
