Seeking Literature Teachers

CONTRACT PERIOD: mid Aug 2016 - 30th June 2017, renewable
JOB LOCATION : Taipei, Taiwan

JOB DESCRIPTION:
CURRICULUM: Literature teacher (G11 American Lit. G12 British Lit.)
STUDENT LEVEL: G1-12 depending on the subject taught, Each class 25-40 students
OFFICE HOUR: Mon-Fri 8 am - 5 pm, 22 classes weekly, 50 min per class

MONTHLY SALARY: Bachelor TWD 62720, Master TWD 69965
MONTHLY PERFORMANCE BONUS: TWD 10,000
HOUSING : Furnished accommodation or housing allowance TWD 5000-10000
AIRFARE REIMBURSEMENT: up to TWD 50000 for a round-trip
CONTRACT RENEWAL INCENTIVE: available based on evaluation (up to one month salary)
ANNUAL SALARY INCREASE of 3%
SUBSIDY FOR ADVANCE STUDY: up to TWD 30000 annually
INSURANCE: available
VACATION: Winter vacation in accordance with the school calendar
YEARS OF SERVICE considerable

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Have a bachelor’s degree
- Hold a certified K-12 teaching license (any subject is welcomed), accept valid substitute teaching permit or provisional status
or
ARC through marriage (JFRV) / Permanent ARC (APRC)
- Candidates from USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Ireland are preferred
