Seeking Qualified English Teacher for April Start in Takamatsu, Kagawa-ken, Japan

Applicant should have a university degree, experience working with kids, currently holding a visa allowing them to work in Japan, be positive and friendly, and a team player. Salary begins at 240,000 per month. Other benefits are 2 weeks paid vacation, in addition to all national holidays. Subsidized health care, assistance with locating housing, and classroom support.

We work as a team in englishbiz. Teachers are not thrown into a classroom of wild kids without help and support. Front line teachers have support staff to assist with classroom management. Teachers are not needed to behave like circus performers. We like our teachers to be calm and patient and to work with kids in improving real English skills in all areas. Jumping around, juggling, wearing costumes, magic tricks, unicycle riding, or all other entertainment related skills are not required. Thoughtful, cheerful, kind, patient, consistent, and determined efforts are what works best in our classrooms.

Located in Takamatsu, Kagawa-ken, englishbiz currently has six branches in operation. Teacher will work in our base schools as well as serve nearby client locations such as private schools and daycares as well.
