Principal Position: Abu Dhabi National Boys School - Start ASAP to May 2016

Reach To Teach is looking for certified and experienced principals to work at a national school in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This national boys school imparts quality education that meets international standards.

The school accommodates over 6,500 students. Academic courses are designed to expose students to a wide range of creative, social, scientific, and athletic experiences. The school operates under a dual curriculum: GCC and American. Experience in one or the other is preferred, but not required.

Spouse and dependents are sponsored by the school.

Start Date: May and June 2016

Interview/Hiring Process: Candidates must be in Abu Dhabi by May or June 2016 at the very latest to work with existing management for last month or so of current academic year. Initial screening to be done by the school. Once approved by Directors, candidates will be submitted to ADEC. ADEC will request an in-person interview (at the school's cost) in Abu Dhabi. Letter of offer will be presented after ADEC approval.  

Basic Position Requirements

• You must be male to be considered for this position at an all-boys international school
• Native English speakers from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, the UK and the US
• Masters Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Business, Computers, Management, etc.
• 4-5 years in a leadership, principal or administrative role.  
• A minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a "strong subject" such as Math, Science, English. 
• You must have a valid certification to teach in your home country
• Commit to a 2-year contract

Please note that if you do not meet the above-mentioned requirements, we cannot consider you for this position. 

Salary and Benefits Package

Your teaching package includes:

• 25,000AED to 30,000AED per month ($6,804.68USD to $8,165.62USD per month)
• Private furnished two-bedroom apartment with paid water and electricity bills
• Annual round trip tickets to your home country (spouse and dependents are not covered)
• 45 days of paid annual leave
• Work transportation is free of charge
• Medical and health insurance provided
• A non-taxable monthly salary starting at USD$3,800+. Your salary package will be determined by your experience and qualifications.
• An 8-hour workday
