Off the beaten track of the large cities of Japan, Takamatsu is located in a very beautiful and scenic part of Japan, yet still has all the city amenities needed for urban living. Takamatsu is very much the "undiscovered country" of Japan where foreign teachers can have both the conveniences needed for modern living, yet are very much in a traditional Japanese environment where one can enjoy and pursue many parts of the culture and lifestyle.

Regarding the teaching position, it is one where you would teach both children, and teenagers. Our carefully designed curriculum and well supported classroom environments are sufficient so you would not feel being "thrown to the (little) wolves". We are also serious about education, and the role of teacher is also one that is important and has the appropriate status attached. You will be teaching REAL English. We do not dance, sing, do calisthenics, perform, juggle, or wear mascot costumes for work. We teach the four key elements of language learning through engaging and helpful lessons, designed to be both enjoyable and effective. We work as a team of teachers, and value cooperation, honesty, empathy for others, and a care for the important task we have in educating children.
