Teach English to Young Learners in Beijing, Salary from 15000 to 18000 RMB

The Conditions of Employment:
Native English Speakers: USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand
Age: 23 to 50 years old
Degree：Bachelor Degree or Higher
Certificate: TESOL /TEFL/CELTA certificate
Experience: One year formal Teaching Experience

Compensation:
Salary: 15000-18000RMB per month (before tax)
Visa: Assistance with work visa application (though the teacher will be responsible for initial costs). We will bear the cost of any future extension/renewal while working with us
Meal: Free lunch
Other Benefits:
12 Month bonus of RMB 3,000
24 month travel bonus of RMB 5,000 (to be issued every 12 months afterward) (With contract renewal)
24 month seniority bonus of RMB 3,000 – RMB 7000, based on evaluation (to be issued every 12 months afterward) (With contract renewal)

Position Information:
Workload: 9:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday, 2 hours for lunch break everyday. Weekend off.
Class Size: 25 students
Students’ age: 3 to 6 years old
2 Chinese Teaching assistants for each classroom
Subject: Oral English
Working place: Beijing
One year Contract
