MLS, Inc. a leading language training firm providing services worldwide is looking for qualified ESL instructor for a Government contract. The work would start on or about July 15, 2016 with a 2 week paid training occurring between June 11 – 24, 2016.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Instructors will plan and conduct classroom instruction of ESL/EFL, evaluate student performance, advise on the placement and training needs of students, prepare lesson plans, adapt and develop instructional materials, and make professional recommendations for improvement of curriculum design, training materials, student administration and training program management. Instructor shall work with the designated customer representative to develop disciplinary processes that allow clear guidance to the student as it relates to the student's academic environment.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Teaching English As Second Language/ESL/EFL/ESOL/TESL/TEFL/TESOL/(Applied) Linguistics/English/Foreign Languages and more than five years of professional experience teaching ESL/EFL to adults, during which time the instructor must have planned, prepared, and coordinated the instructional activities for adult students.
B.S./M.S. or B.A./M.A. in a related educational field (coursework relevant to the field of ESL). 12 credit hours are allowed for a 120 hour TESOL or CELTA certificate.
Familiarity with DLIELC courseware, methodology, and processes preferred.
Instructors must be able to communicate with and instruct students in English language articulations, fluency, and pitch/quality of sound that will communicate course requirements, objectives, theory and content.

- Any other related certifications (eg. Defense Language Institute [DLI] English Language Center [ELC] instructor certification)
- Transcripts with the university’s official seal need to be clearly visible
- 2 week training in San Antonio, TX will be required prior to starting the position in KSA. Lodging, per diem, and $1,000 per week will be provided.
