Language Link has 40 years experience in teaching ESL and teacher training. Language Link was established in London in 1975 and is an international provider of English Language courses in twenty different countries, with over 100 affiliated offices and schools worldwide.

Job description:
We have teaching positions in Beijing starting on 22nd August 2016. We have both Primary School and Kindergarten positions available. The schools are modern with excellent facilities. All teaching materials are provided. In the Kindergarten teach small classes from age 3 to 6, with a Chinese teaching assistant. In the Primary school teach a grade from grade 1 (age 7) to grade 6 (age 12). You will teach general English with a focus on developing speaking and listening skills.

Salary and benefits:
-We offer a 10.5 month contract with a salary of 16,000 RMB gross per month
-$1000 contract completion bonus
-4 weeks’ paid vacation during the Spring festival; paid public holidays
-4 day teaching week, with 1 day for lesson planning (Monday to Friday schedule; no evenings)
-Maximum 30 academic hours (40 minute hours) a week, but usually around 25
-3 free meals a day
-Airfares, visa and medical costs reimbursed on contract completion
-Assistance with accommodation: Language Link will pay the deposit, 3 months' rent upfront, and agency fees (teachers pay for rent only)
-2 weeks paid training from 22nd August; teaching starts on 5th September

Qualifications/Visa requirements:
-Applicants must be from the UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland or Canada, or have graduated from a university in one of those countries - this is a government requirement in order to get a work ‘Z’ visa
-Applicants must have a degree
-Teaching experience is preferred but not essential
-A Criminal Record Check and Medical will be required for the Visa
