BEST KIDS was established in Bundang in 2005 and has been the most popular private English academy with kindergarten and elementary student parents since its opening. BEST KIDS places high values on balanced improvements in all areas of English skills such as listening, speaking, reading and writing. BEST KIDS has been very successful in new student enrollment with a long waiting list to enter its kindergarten programs. We are so proud of our rapid growth and unbeatable reputation that we have built over the past 10 years. We hire quality teachers in order to deliver continuous satisfaction to our students and parents.
We provide the top level of salary and relatively better benefits including excellent apartment housing facilities for our teachers. We strongly believe our teachers are the most important assets of our school.
The school lies in the heart of Bundang, in Jeongja, ( 15 minutes from Gangnam-Downtown in Seoul by subway) an affluent neighborhood lined with leafy trees along many cafes and boutiques that give the area a very quaint and pleasurable working and living environment. The ideal candidate would be a well-qualified teacher who loves children and has lots of energy to bring to the classroom.

1. The Required Teachers:
- Only American or Canadian - Native Speaker (Not Gyopo)
- Couples are welcomed
- Hard working, Loving Kids, Energetic, Active, Outgoing, Nice relationship with staffs.

2. Location: Jeongja-dong, Bundang

3. Contract Period : 18 months Aug. 1st, 2016 ~ Feb. 28th, 2018
- our kindergarten student parents do not want their teachers to be changed in the middle of the year. Please understand a bit longer contract period.

4. Starting Date: Aug. 1st, 2016

5. Salary: 2.4 ~ 2.6 mil won per month, After 12 months, there will be a pay increase.

6. Teaching levels: AM - Kindergarten / PM - Elementary student

7. Working Hours: 8:40am-5:40pm (Mon, Wed, Fri) / 8:40am - 6:10pm
(Tue, Thu) (Please refer to the detailed time schedule as below)

8. Round trip airfares

9. Severance : One month + half month salary with completion of contract

10. 15 working days paid vacation and all Korean national holidays

11. Pension : Provided at the end of contract

12. 50% of all medical cost will be covered by school

13. Housing : furnished studio provided by employer 2 min walk from school - the best officetel building ( name : intelligeGihttp://www.intellige2.co.kr/ ) in Bundang - Bank, Health club, convenient store, laundry shop, hospital and etc inside the building.

14. Day-time Break over One hour and 15 min.
- for Mon / Wed / Fri (free time from 01:45 PM to 03:00 PM)
- for Tue / Thu One hour and 45 min.(free from 01:45 PM to 03:30 PM)

15. Detail: Open communication, Very accommodating working enviornment, Excellent school reputation, Jeju Island Workshop(School pays), and Office dinner& Snacks provided for teachers
