Adjunct Professors

Thongsook College's popular BA TESOL program is seeking adjunct professors to teach a variety of classes. All professors must have at least a Masters degree in the subject they will teach.

While most of the classes focus on TESOL, there are also 30 credits of General education classes. A complete list of classes can be found by downloading the PDF at this link:

The classes start on Monday morning and end on Friday evening and comprise lectures, Group study, class research and presentations. Each student will also right 3 to 5 page paper that must be graded.

Professors are paid 15,000 per week. Salary is paid within 10 days of submitting final grades.

The new TESOL department head, Dr. Mark Uerkvitz, is currently developing a consolidated set of lesson plans for each of these classes so that teachers will not need to create the materials themselves (get still have some room for flexibility and creativity).
