• Starting salary of 30,000 THB. Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
• Accident insurance - from a private provider (AXA insurance plan 1) and assess to social insurance.

• Fully furnished housing for the duration of your contract in one of our houses, all of which are within walking distance of the school (when/if available). Each room has a bathroom and air con.
• No more than 22 teaching hours per week.
• Wifi is equipped throughout the entire school meaning your lessons can include awesome videos with pen pals from around the world or even live skype video calls.
• No required office hours. We highly value and encourage teacher collaboration, but if you feel like lesson planning from home, a cafe, or a jungle treehouse that's pretty much up to you.
• Weekly Thai Language classes.
• Optional 'Family dinner' with Penong and The Doctor (aka the owners aka your new Thai parents) on Sunday’s.
