Native English Teacher needed in Hokkaido

Looking for One Native English Teacher who can start on the 18th of Octob er, 2016.
(Location)
CIE is located in the center of Kushiro, in the east of Hokkaido. Kushiro is the middle size city with about 180,000 people. There are two National Parks near Kushiro, one is Akan National Park and the other is Shiretoko National Park. You can enjoy a lot of nature and since Kushiro is a port city, you can enjoy fresh food.
(Conditions)
A full-time base, 30~40 working hours a week, 20~30 teaching hours a week, teaching in house at CIE from Tuesday to Saturday, teaching three times a week at junior high schools, teaching twice a month at a kindergarten. The monthly salary is from 245,000 to 260,000 depending on how many classes a teacher takes care of at junior high schools. All national holidays are paid holidays, sponsorship available, one year contract, a completion bonus, a domestic air fare provided for coming to Kushiro, a heating allowance during winter, a moving allowance
(Duties)
Required to teach in house at CIE, at junior high schools, and at a kindergarten/keeping the lesson reports in each class.
Most of the students in house at CIE are adults from beginners to advanced, a small class size from a private basis to three or four of the group.
