Administrative Coordinator for English Programs: San Jose, Costa Rica

A well-known language academy in San Jose, Costa Rica is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for English Programs who has high energy, creativity, great organization skills, Teaching skills and the ability to lead.
Some day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Schedule and assign courses
• Manage personnel: hire and train new teachers
• Calculate payroll
• Ensure that teachers complete required paperwork, follow established curriculum.
• In a part time basis Teach English classes for language learners

Requirements:
• Native English speaker fluent in Spanish
• Bachelor Degree in Education or Business Administration
• Minimum of 1 year experience teaching English to language learners
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisor position
• Able to work full time including nights and Saturdays if required
