School: Yuyao Experimental School, Yuyao City, Zhejiang Province, China

Salary: 10,000RMB Monthly (negotiable)

Students: Grades 7 – 9 (Middle School)

Class Size: Around 20 students per class.

Location: Brand new, purpose built international building. All classrooms have a whiteboard, blackboard and a touch screen TV

Hours: 8:00am to 16:30pm approx, Monday to Friday

Teaching Hours: Roughly 14-19classes (each class is 45 minutes)

Holidays: 1 Month for Spring Festival (retainer paid), 2 Months for Summer (retainer paid if re-sign), all Chinese national holidays (paid)

Flight Allowance: 10,000 RMB

Accommodation: Single living, furnished apartment provided. Bills (including internet) covered by employer. Hot water at all times, including weekends and holidays.

Term Time: Free on-campus meals provided (breakfast, lunch and dinner) at set times. Free bottled water also available

Zhejiang Province Yuyao City Experimental School (Pinyin: zhèjiāng shêng yúyáo shì shíyàn xuéxiào, Chinese: 浙江省余姚市实验学校) is the most prestigious private school in Yuyao City. Attracting students from all over the province, including the larger cities of Ningbo and Hangzhou, Yuyao Experimental School is famous for its high-achieving students. The admission rate currently stands at 9 to 1 (9 applicants for every 1 available position), making Yuyao Experimental School one of the most sort after institutions in Zhejiang Province.

The school is primarily comprised of 3 parts; Primary school, Middle school and the International Department. The international department is split into two parts, Middle school (Grades 7-9) and Primary (currently three Grade 1 classes, with a number of new Grade 1 classes opening next academic year when the current Grade 1 students move to Grade 2). The new International Building opened roughly 12 months ago and is separate from the normal primary and middle school buildings. The campus has many modern features, including indoor and outdoor sports areas, two libraries, gym, conference room and lecture theaters.
