EFL Teachers

Bell is recruiting for two EFL Teachers to join our partnership English programme at Assumption College Bangrak in Bangkok.

These positions involve up to 21 hours of classroom teaching weekly to Thai students (aged 11-15) in secondary English programmes at our Bell language centre located within Assumption College. Teaching will be done across 5 consecutive days each week, either Monday – Friday or Tuesday – Saturday, with 2 consecutive days off.

This post has a start date of October 17th 2016 (arrive in advance of start date)

• Preparation of lessons
• Marking of homework and class work
• Preparation, administration and marking of placement, progress and achievement tests
• Assessment and reporting of student performance
• Development of supplementary materials for core syllabuses or for special courses
• Contributing to the in-service training of Bell colleagues through presentations and workshops
• Attending staff meetings and/or workshops arranged by senior staff
• Assisting with the running of public ELT examinations

We can offer you:
- 50,000-66,000 THB per month depending on qualifications and experience
- one-year (12 month) renewable contract

Person Specification:

Candidates must have the following qualifications and experience:

- Degree level qualified
- CELTA qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience of teaching young learners, ideally in Thailand

A CELTA YL extension qualification would be desirable.
