When teaching English in Banjarmasin with EF English First, you get to do it all. We specialize in teaching all levels of students, from early elementary to teens, from young adults to business professionals. When you teach English in Indonesia, you will be supported with EF English First courses geared specifically towards each age group. Whatever the profile of the student you teach, you will have the opportunity to expand your teaching potential.

Qualifications

•A genuine interest in teaching, education and developing yourself

•Open-mindedness, an adventurous spirit, and flexibility

•Bachelor's degree in English related-field

•Native English speaker

•Passport issued by the USA, Canada, the UK, Australia or New Zealand

•TEFL/CELTA Certificate

Responsibilities

•Planning and delivering lessons to both adults and children from 4 years old, in both one-on-one sessions and group workshops of up to 14 students.

•Using electronic media and EF-developed courseware to teach English efficiently and effectively

•Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement

•Maintaining regular office hours

•Testing and placing new students in appropriate courses
