Primary Teacher (B.Ed, PGCE) in Bangkok

Prasarnmit Primary International Program is an international programme operating at a large Thai government school, centrally located near Sukhumvit 23. We offer children a holistic education through various international curriculums, as well as upholding strong Thai culture, tradition and values.

Prasarnmit Primary International Program (PPiP) is recruiting for a fully qualified primary teacher for immediate start. The candidate must be a native English speaker and have a bachelors degree in education, a PGCE, or an equivalent qualification.

The successful candidate will be taking on the role of Cover Teacher, to support staff absences, with the possibility of a job share in the early years department. We are extremely interested in hearing from candidates who have experience working with children with SEND and who would be interested in supporting staff across the department with SEND support.

PPiP is using the International Primary Curriculum for integrated learning, and the English Curriculum for Maths and English. Candidates with experience in these curriculums and the Read Write Inc. phonics programme are encouraged to apply. Applications from candidates who also have experience working with children for whom English is a second language will also be strongly considered.

PPiP will be offering the successful candidate:
- 70,000 baht per month (pre tax)
- 20,000 baht per month accommodation allowance (arranged by the school for the first year of employment at Supalai Premier @ Asoke)
- Work permit and visa
- Health insurance
