Beijing Premium Teacher Package
Main Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom lessons according to the WSE methodology.
Prepare and teach classes in center or online as scheduled.
Give feedback to students
Help students reach the level of English established in their learning objective.
Provide advice and assistance to students, in and out of the classroom.
Be flexible to teach in multiple centers within the same city.
Promote and preserve a pleasant and courteous atmosphere in the Center

Two types of contract:
35 hours a week – 30 contact and 5 office hours
17,000 RMB base salary
3000RMB living allowance monthly
500 RMB possible monthly bonus
7000 RMB contract completion bonus
15,000.00 RMB signing bonus
10,000.00 RMB flight, visa, criminal background and medical check reimbursement
Student and staff referral bonus
25 hours a week – 21 contact and 4 office hours
11,200 RMB base salary
200 RMB possible monthly bonus
3500 RMB contract completion bonus
10,500.00 RMB signing bonus

Requirements:
English Native Speaker (United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom, South Africa, Ireland)
University degree, Bachelor’s or equivalent
CELTA / TEFL certificate or equivalent (120 hours)
A minimum of 24 months Teaching experience is required, must be post-graduation
Must be able to provide references from employers confirming 2 years English teaching experience
If you have a CELTA, only 6 months of teaching experience required
Able to get a Criminal Background Check
Willing to work weekends
Sociable, dynamic, inspiring, energetic, and organized
University degree, Bachelor’s or equivalent
