Experienced Teachers needed in Santa Rita, Copan, Honduras

Los Pinos Bilingual School is currently looking for enthusiastic, hardworking teachers who are adaptable and able to provide a stimulating learning experience in an exciting and progressive school environment.

Starting February 2017 to June 2017

Los Pinos Bilingual School is an independent school of around of 120 students located in the small, safe community of Santa Rita in the Copan region of Honduras. The school’s vision is for the children of Santa Rita, and the surrounding villages, to have the opportunity for a brighter future. We aim to achieve this by providing a full time bilingual education from pre-school and kindergarten up to 11th Grade that promotes academic achievement and social responsibility with a forward thinking, bilingual curriculum.

Ideally applicants should be native English speakers and have a degree in Education and/or a TEFL Certificate.

In return we offer a reasonable wage (enough to live comfortably in Honduras and travel to the many places of interest here, we are only a few kilometers from the world famous Mayan ruins at Copan Ruinas), free travel to school and home, private housing and most importantly the support and guidance of our experienced staff. Additionally, there will be the opportunity to return in August for the 2017 – 2018 school year.
