Online Teacher Administrator Needed

Role Summary:

We are currently seeking a full-time teacher administrator and trainer.

The Teacher Administrator works closely with customers and teachers to meet customer needs regarding online live instruction implementations. The Teacher Administrator will be responsible for creating class schedules, training customers on how to implement online live instruction using Voxy’s teacher platform, and managing other related requests as they arise.

Teacher Administrator Job Duties:

Train customers to effectively use online Group Session and Private Session platforms
Train customers to effectively implement and use Voxy’s scheduling platform and Teacher Admin interface
Build, implement, and maintain training materials for customer teacher onboarding
Work closely with the Customer Service team responsible for customer implementations
Oversee the scheduling and the creation of online Group Sessions for customers, according to specifications
Oversee the scheduling and administration of online Private sessions for customers
Respond to and be the point of contact for customer teachers, including all scheduling and technology troubleshooting inquiries

Teacher Administrator Job Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Bilingual in English and Portuguese required
2+ years of training experience
Process-oriented
Extreme attention to detail
Excellent communication and instructional skills
Expert in Excel and Google Sheets
Tech savvy and knowledgeable in online learning programs
Located in Sao Paulo, Brazil
