English Language Teachers - Beniganim, Spain (1 hour south of Valencia)

We are an English Language Academy in the town of Beniganim which is about one hour south of Valencia, 25 minutes from Gandia and 10 minutes from Xativa.

We have a job vacancy for a native English teacher, starting September 2017. Our class sizes are a maximum of 6 students so the focus of our Academy and our classes is quality and personal attention. The ideal candidate should be a dynamic, creative and outgoing personality who can effectively make learning English as much fun as possible for all levels and abilities whilst also working as an important part of a profesional team.

Beniganim Academy is an official Cambridge Preparation Centre and offical Trinity Exam Centre. We prepare students for Cambridge exams thoughout the year and we currently hold two Trinity exams per year, as such the successful candidate should have a CELTA or TEFL qualification with a minimum of one year's experience teaching Cambridge exam classes and will be expected to teach Cambridge Young Learners, teenagers and adults from A2 to C1.

The successful candidate must also be able to produce lesson plans for all classes and they will have full access to all Academy resources including laptop, internet connection, Cambridge materials, photocopiers etc. The successful candidate must be able to commit to completing the Academic year to June 2018 and will be provided with a legal work contract and tax and social security contributions will be paid for by the Academy. Our standards are maintained by means of observation in class and regular meetings with senior staff.

The initial contract will likely be for 20 hours but with the possibility of being expanded to 25 and classes are from 4:00 to 8:00 Monday to Friday.
