ESL teachers needed in Laos

ARDA Pakse is looking for ESL teachers - native or near native teachers. The objective of this position is to guide English language learners towards proficiency in reading, writing, speaking and listening. The teacher will be oriented on administrative and curriculum implementation towards staff development for academic year 2017 Term 2 beginning from August.

This position is expected to begin from August 14 until July 31, 2018.

Skill requirements:

Any Bachelor’s degree along with TESOL/CELTA or Master’s degree in TESOL (or related field).
Should have prior experience teaching as ESL teacher preferably in S.E Asia.
Aptitude to adjust with staff from various cultures and be creative towards organizational learning.
Should be a contributor towards organizational growth with ideas and innovative teaching methodology.
Have a track record of being a team player and should be community oriented.
Should be willing to learn Lao language and adapt to lao culture.

Salary & Benefits
Salary is based on educational level, certification(s), and years of experience. Successful candidate will be contracted yearly. Contract will be renewed according to evaluations and staff interest.
