ENREACH Education is seeking an Academic Manager to lead our Shanghai team

The team consists of 12 Drama, Debate, and Critical Reading and Writing teachers over two centers. ENREACH is seeking an Academic Manager to lead a team of teachers working with China’s top students in Shanghai. This role is critical in the overall success of the region and the development of a rapidly growing team of teachers. Responsibilities include acting as a model instructor, teacher evaluator, problem solver, and operations manager.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum two years of management experience
• Minimum two years teaching experience
• Knowledge of AP subject teaching, Drama and Debate courses, and Critical Reading and Writing
• The ability to live and work in China for two years
