Teaching Positions in Hyderabad, India

Our client is an award winning social enterprise based outside of Hyderabad in rural India. They work with low income educational institutes to bridge the employability gap and develop a more informed and skilled workforce. Their programs are targeted towards the youth of today, so that they are sufficiently trained and informed to take the right career decisions tomorrow at a more crucial stage of their life. Our work is dedicated to helping students understand their competencies, passions, industry realities and their path to success.

Your tasks will include:
1. Conduct 4 Skills Classes per week day (Any 4 Grades based on Principal’s priority). Content to cover Conversational English, Personality Development, Leadership and Soft Skills provided by core team;
2. Run Focus Group Training and Discussions for the School Councils on Monday, Wednesday and Friday to organize Saturday Competition & Conduct Design Thinking to solve 1 Student Problem per week;
3. Identify School realities and implement best case practices at the school to create an English friendly Environment.

They are looking for highly motivated candidates, preferably with prior Teaching Experience (teaching certification a plus) and should be open to working in a rural setting.

The fellow will be paid INR 20,000 per month for July-December. Food, Accommodation and Internal City Transport taken care by the hosting company.
