MALE ONLY - ESL ENGLISH TEACHERS

6 Month Block Contract (Option to renew may be possible)

Start Date: May 21, 2017 Finish Date: November 21, 2017

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia - just across the bridge to Bahrain where you can get an ice cold beer on the weekends ;-)

TO BE HIRED FOR THIS JOB YOU MUST HAVE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING – NO EXCEPTIONS

1) MALE ONLY – American Academy is not licensed to hire female teachers or teach female students in Saudi Arabia. If you are a female, please do not apply for this teaching post.

2) Bachelor or Masters Degree in an English related degree in one of the follow fields … ONLY. English / English Literature / Applied Linguistics / TESOL / English Language Teaching – DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER DEGREE

3) Filipino (Philippines) and Native Speakers from America, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa can apply -- DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HOLD A PASSPORT FROM ANY OTHER COUNTRY

4) Filipinos must have an IELTS Exam Report of 7.0 or higher [Academic or General] done at any time. TOEFL equivalent is accepted. TOEIC is not accepted.

What We Are Offering to You

Monthly Tax-Free Cash Salary of $2,660 (Total with Contract Completion Bonus is $2,925 per month)

Contract Completion Tax-Free Cash Bonus of $250 per month X 6 month contract = $1,500 (You must complete contract until last day)

2) Scan of Passport Data Page

3) Scan of all university degrees (You must send copies for all degrees)

4) Scan of all university transcripts (You must send transcripts for all degrees)

5) Scan of ESL Teaching Certificate - CELTA, DELTA, TEFL, or TESOL

(English Teachers Only) - Teachers showing a Student Teaching Practicum on their university transcript are not required to have #5 certificates, but it is preferred if you do have an ESL Teaching Certificate.
