ILA Vietnam - full time ESL positions in Binh Duong and Bien Hoa, close to Ho Chi Minh City

Dear teachers,
ILA Vietnam is currently seeking full time ESL teachers for our locations in Binh Duong and Bien Hoa, just outside of Ho Chi Minh City. The majority of our students are young learners between the age of 3 and 16, with some adult, corporate and exam preparation classes.

About ILA

ILA is the largest English training provider in Vietnam. We currently employ 550 teachers and teach over 40,000 students in 31 centers across 7 cities in Vietnam. Binh Duong

Binh Duong is around 30km away from Ho Chi Minh City in southern Vietnam. It is a small city with access to modern amenities such as restaurants, gyms, cinemas, supermarkets etc. It allows for a quieter pace of life than is found in HCMC, while still being within a short distance of Vietnam’s largest city.

Bien Hoa

Similar in character to Binh Duong, Bien Hoa is also around 30km from Ho Chi Minh City. A small but growing city with good access to amenities, Bien Hoa is closer to the countryside, and is situated on the Saigon River. A quieter location, Bien Hoa offers a less ‘international’ backdrop than Ho Chi Minh City, while still being close enough to get to easily.

Salary & Benefit Package

ILA offers a competitive monthly salary for full time teachers, with overtime opportunities, a health insurance package, contract completion and re-signing bonuses. There is also accommodation assistance for teachers in Binh Duong and Bien Hoa, as well as an extra supplement for all teaching hours.

Requirements

To be considered for a teaching position at ILA, you must have:

- A University Degree (Bachelor’s or higher)
- To have a level of English comparable to that of a native speaker.
- A qualification in English Language Teaching (CELTA or Trinity Certificate TESOL preferred). Your certification must be from a recognized provider, have a minimum of 120 hours contact time with tutors and ideally have at least 6 hours of observed teaching practice with feedback.
