English Teachers Wanted

Shining Me Education is an education consulting company focusing on Human Resource of foreign English teacher in China.

Details of Position:
English teachers for kindergartens, primary schools, middle schools or high schools.
Produce a fun and interactive classroom environment to foster and encourage communication.
Oganize activities that bring the students out of their seats and into a socially interactive environment.

Qualification:
Native Level English speaker.
Bachelor degree or above.
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate holder preferred but not necessary.
Experience – Preferred but not necessary.

Salary:
The take-home pay would be 8,000-11,000 yuan per month ((Average Living cost here is around 2k-3k per month for one person) , the exact number you get is based on whether you are a native English speaker，how great your teaching skill is or how much teaching experience you get . There are 3,000 yuan allowance for summer holiday and 2000 yuan for winter holiday, and by the time the contract expires, we will offer you 5000 yuan for your flight ticket to go home.

Work load:
There are 20 classes for each week and each class last about 40 minutes. Work from Monday to Friday,and the working hours are 08:30 AM to 12:00 AM and 02:30 PM to 05:00 PM. But the schedule could be flexible. Because different schools have different curriculums.

Location:
The work location is Chengdu city, Sichuan province. Sichuan province is in the Southwest of China.Pandas come form Sichuan province. Sichuan is kown for its food and scenery. And the living cost here is much lower than cities like Beijing, Shanghai,Guangzhou or Shenzhen.

Accommadation:
When it comes to accommodation, we will offer you 1000 yuan to pay the rent and we will help you to find a house to your liking. If you teach in an expensive area, we will offer you more, but in most cases 1000 yuan is enough.
