We’re currently looking for teachers for training centres in Shenzhen and other cities in southern China, with a salary of 15000 - 20000 rmb per month depending on experience. Shenzhen is a large, modern city with lots to see and do. We have two types of position available: teaching children, and teaching adults. Z visas are provided for all qualified candidates.

Children’s school:

Teaching children between the ages of 3 and 12 years old
18000 - 20000 rmb per month average salary (basic salary + class fee)
8000 rmb airfare reimbursement
40 hours per week working schedule, with 2 days off
Z visa
17 days paid holiday (12 national holidays and 5 days annual leave)

Adult school:

Teaching older students: teenagers and adults
15200 - 17200 rmb per month
8000 rmb end of contract bonus

The requirements for both of these positions are:

From a native speaking country (USA, Canada, UK, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland)
A bachelor’s degree or above
No previous teaching experience is okay

How We’re Different

. We are a multinational recruitment team: a British partner (myself) and a Chinese partner. I have several years of teaching experience in China, so I can guide you through the whole process. My Chinese partner has the connections to secure great job placements.

. We never take any fee from you, nor do we keep any of your pay from you. The reason this wage is so high compared to others is that there’s no Chinese agent in between taking a cut!
