EFL teachers required for language centres across Saudi Arabia

We are pleased to announce that our most sought-after TEFL client in Saudi Arabia has started recruitment for the 2014/15 academic year. Our client runs a government supported program at 14 language centres in 9 locations across Saudi; it is an ever growing and exciting project to be involved in. The program caters for two groups of students – one preparing for further higher education and the other looking to improve their English for enhanced employment opportunities.

Focused on improving critical thinking and using both in and out-of-class learning opportunities, the curriculum is content-, project- and needs-based as well as heuristic and communicative. Class size ranges between 15-25 students with varying levels of English proficiency. In addition to teaching, instructors will participate in initial student placement testing, regular professional growth meetings, and on-going curriculum review. Training and orientation will be provided; the academic program will begin at the beginning of September.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA (to apply for the positions you MUST meet the client’s following requirements):

Native English speaker

National of the UK, USA, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand (for visa purposes)

Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university

Must hold a 120 hour TEFL/CELTA certificate (no online qualifications accepted)

MINIMUM 1 year full-time EFL teaching experience with learners over the age of 18

Computer literate

VERY IMPORTANT: In order to process your Saudi Work Visa, you will have to return to your country of citizenship before departing to Saudi Arabia

PACKAGE:

Salary ranges from $35,000 - $42,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications *Tax Free*
