BRANCH ACADEMIC MANAGER OPENINGS IN DANANG, VIETNAM!

Fisher's SuperKids, a well-established and highly regarded ESL schools for children in Danang, Vietnam is looking for qualified and experienced Academic Managers to run its branches in Danang. Each manager would be responsible for 10-15 teachers from English speaking countries serving between 800 and 1000 students. Above all, commitment to education and students’ success are the most qualities in sought after applicants. Openings are available from June 5th, 2017 on.

Description

The Branch Academic Manager is tasked to ensure the best learning outcomes for students by leading, managing and helping teachers at his/her location to teach most effectively and fulfill their other required duties. Main duties include but not limited to the following areas:
Teacher training, supervision and support, managing teachers’ schedules and tasks
Students’ progress
School’s programs support

Requirements
Qualifications
BA degree, TEFL/TESL/CELTA Certificate
Experience and recommendation
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience with children between 3-17
Has held an academic managerial or supervisory position
Two recommendation letters from previous or current employers attesting to the applicant’s abilities, positive attributes and work ethics
Commitment to a minimum two year contract
