E-Spirit English Institute, Inc., is a writing-intensive academy founded in 2003 with 2 branches located in Seocho-dong and Apgujeong. Monday, 8/21/2017 is also available as a start date (With paid Training starting on Monday, 8/14/2017).

There are all sorts of institutes in Korea offering all kinds of experiences. Some offer great money in exchange for longer hours. Some offer more vacation time in exchange for more curriculum work and paperwork for the teacher.

At E-Spirit, we offer our teachers a great teaching and work experience. Before our teachers enter the class, they'll work with experienced trainers that will show them how to work well with Korean children and become sought-after teachers in Korea. Teachers at E-Spirit enjoy a professional work environment that is often acknowledged as one of the most organized among hagwons in Korea (from teachers who have come aboard after working at other places). E-Spirit offers an environment filled with people that truly care about bringing the best out of the students and the best out of the teachers.

E-Spirit offers:

* Small student classes (Elementary school grades) - 8 Students maximum in the classroom ensures a comfortable teaching environment where the teachers get to really know their students.
* Fully-developed curriculum - We have our own tests, vocabulary lists, and materials already created and prepared for the teachers and students.
* Training and working with new teachers - Our goal is to give them the confidence they need to teach well.
* Communication - We employ Native Speaking Western Managers with open-door policies who will do what they can to make the teachers feel comfortable and supported.
* Stability & Comfort - We offer a stable schedule throughout the year: M-Th 2:00 - 9:30p (except for the 2 Intensive seasons during the summer and winter. Hours and pay may differ depending on the branch).
* Reliability - At E-Spirit, you don't need to worry about the questionable practices that happen at other institutes. On average, our teachers stay for 2 - 3 years.

The teaching game in Korea requires a leap of faith from both the employee and employer - On the employee side: Will the Employer keep its word? And on the Employer side: Will the employee do his or her best after employed?

At E-Spirit we try to minimize the risk on both sides by building trusting relationships with all our teachers and prospects. We may not be the place you end up working, but we want to be a place that you can trust for advice and perspective on teaching in Korea.
