FasTracKids programs emphasize Knowledge Application Skills for children. Children are given the opportunity to do hand-on activities projects and to understand the meaning of the acquired information from FasTracKids lessons. They then will be able to apply new knowledge for their school as well as lifelong learning.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Able to work on Saturday and Sunday
• Age between 23-33 years old
• Good command of using English
• Very good personality
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Very Energetic
• Confident
• Have sense of humor
• Enjoy working in fun and challenging environment
• Child-centered
• High responsibility

Optional quantification:
• Early childhood education or development background is preferable
• Teaching background and experience with babies and toddlers 1.5-10 years old is preferable
• Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications

Duties and Responsibilities:
• To pass along FasTracKids knowledge to children and apply FasTracKids program in the classroom
• To prepare classroom material before the class and arrange follow up sessions with parents on a regular basis
• To lead a group of young children while retaining focus throughout the lessons
• To support children with individual skill development and social skills
• To have effective communication with parents and provide progress reports
• To attend staff meetings on a regular basis
