Here are our basic requirements:

• Educational Attainment: Bachelor's degree
• Teaching experience is preferred: Teaching kids / K12 / early childhood / elementary students
• English Teaching Certifications is preferred: LET / TESOL / TEFL
• Must be able to open 65 peak slots (each slot is for 25-minutes) every 15-day cut-off during the peak hours (Mon-Fri 7pm-11pm and Sat-Sun 9am-11pm)

WHAT DO I NEED TO GET STARTED?

All 51Talk classes are conducted online and one-on-one. Teachers will need the following: 

• Device Requirements
  • Device: Desktop or laptop
  • Headset with microphone and noise-cancelling features (as used in call centers)
  • High-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam

• Minimum System Requirements of laptop or desktop
  • Operating System: Windows7 or above
  • CPU: Dual core processor 1Ghz or above, Intel Core i3 / i5 / i7 or AMD equivalent
  • Memory: At least 4GB of RAM with minimum 60GB free hard disk space available
• Network: Wired DSL Internet connection of at least 3 Mbps (USB sticks, signal-based & wireless connections are not allowed)

• Home Office Requirements
  • A quiet, clutter-free, and well-lit space in your home

HOW DO I EARN?

Earnings are based on the number of lessons you will conduct and your performance. Our top-performing teachers can earn up to Php80, 000 per month.
