Looking for one Assistant Director Of Academic Programs in Jinan,Shandong

Job Responsibility: Directs the curriculum, instruction and international teacher human resources needs of the school. The Assistant Director leads the instructional practices of international courses. Assures best practices in instructional delivery, materials, assessment, for each instructional program. Is responsible for human resources tasks to maintain highly qualified international teachers.

Teaching condition:

*Available start date:15th August,2017

*School type: Public High School

*School location:Jinan city,Shandong

*Salary: RMB22,000 to RMB26,000 before tax (salary based on education, credentials, and experience) Additional benefits of paid plane flights, housing, insurance and transportation are included in the contract.

* Free Housing on a school campus

* Free Local Transportation between the faculty housing and the high school campus.

*Free International Airfare from your home country to Jinan, Shandong, China, and one return flight home paid for by the school each year.

*All China Visa costs covered by the school.

*Western Academic Management.

*Bonus at the end of two years contract.

1.Hold an advanced degree of Education in Administration from an accredited college or university or shows significant experience as a program coordinator or curriculum director in an age 15-18 school system. is preferred

2.Experience in leading the implementation and improvement of academic programs

3.Demonstrated experience in instructional leadership. Successful teaching experience. Effective organizational planning and project management skills.

4.Demonstrates current knowledge of, and the ability to apply broad-based curriculum designs and instructional technology applications that support the diverse learning needs of students.

5.Understanding of how to effectively administer teachers.

6.Establish working relationships with co-workers and function as part of a cohesive team.

7.Complies with school policies, and administrative guidelines/procedures and all international work visa requirements.

8.A record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment.

9.Adheres to the Professional Conduct outlined in the school’s contracts.

10.Meets all mandated Chinese health screening requirements.
