Overseas Recruiting Manager Needed (Must be Based in the UK)

Overseas Recruiting Manager is a new position in Webi English. The Overseas Recruiting Manager will be based in the UK, charged with the following tasks:

Campus Communication
The ORM will focus mostly on recruiting recent or soon-to-be college graduates. As such, you will need to communicate with local universities both in person and online. This communication could include attending job fairs, on-campus interviews, etc.
Online Recruiting
You will also need to find creative ways to recruit online, utilizing job boards (both public and private), outside-the-box advertising opportunities, interaction with potential teachers via social media, etc.
Networking with TEFL Companies in U.K.
You will need to find and work with British TEFL companies, creating future opportunities for recruits who have yet to receive their TEFL certificate.
Communication with Headquarters Office
With such a large time difference, all applicants must be willing to communicate with the headquarters office in Shanghai in abnormal hours.

Requirements
• At least two years of teaching experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Recruiting/HR experience preferred
• TEFL/CELTA/DELTA is a plus
• Willing to work in the U.K.
• Willing to travel (business trips)
