Remaining ESL Openings for Fall in Hungary!

Here is a list of the Central European Teaching Program’s remaining Conversational English positions in Hungarian bilingual schools for September 2017:

1.-4. Budapest Elementary Schools—2 require state teaching certification or experience ex
5. Elementary in Tiszaujvaros, with friendly staff in a small town in eastern Hungary
6. Elementary in Tiszavasvari in NE Hungary and very convenient to the university city of Nyiregyhaza with frequent express rail service to Budapest and elsewhere
7. Elementary in Nyirpazony, a village on the outskirts of Nyiregyhaza (see above)
8. A Catholic elementary school in Mako in SE Hungary and very near Szeged, a beautiful university city with express train service to Budapest and elsewhere
9. Elementary in Lipot, a pretty village close to Austrian border
10. A high school specializing in marketing in the large city of Bekescsaba in SE Hungary
11. A Protestant high school in Kisvarda in NE Hungary—beautiful school and kind staff
12. A preschool-kindergarten in Budapest
13. A preschool-kindergarten in Csomor, a village in the Buda hills above the city
CETP is the oldest established organization placing ESL teachers in Hungary. Currently we serve 100 + schools, the majority being elementary with a smattering of high schools and preschool/kindergartens. Most are public schools though a few are parochial schools, but with the same academic requirements as public schools.
We require a program fee, as without it, we could no longer provide our many services. For a September-June contract, the fee for Budapest schools and high schools is $2500 and for others, including most preschool/kindergartens--$1900. I assure you this is NOT a placement fee. We are a full-service organization providing: all EU residence and work documentation to teach in Hungary, airport welcome, orientation beginning August 23rd in Budapest, transportation to your new community, free private furnished apartment with utilities paid, medical insurance, Hungarian teachers’ salary, in-country director available 24/7, with personal, attentive service throughout. Please note: Due to Hungarian regulations, our teachers must be NATIVE-speakers of English and citizens of the US, Canada, or the EU plus hold a Bachelor’s degree.
