The Evangelische Grundschule Halle is a protestant private non-profit elemantary school, which offers education and child care, open for everybody reagrdless of confession. There is a strong connection between educational and extracurricular learning. For its students it offers individual and interdisciplinary learning, both in German and in English. The school belongs to Evangelische Schulstiftung in Mitteldeutschland, a private school institution, with 5,000 students and 600 employees.

As the school is still growing, we permanently seek for English speaking primary teachers and/or child care teachers.

Tariff following KAVO EKM (comparable to government service)

You have a primary teaching qualification or a pedagogical qualification in child care teaching, you are speaking excellent English and good German.

Experience of working in a bilingual and/or diverse school community is welcome.

You should be a team player who is open minded and flexible, encouraging and rich in empathy towards children.

You should be or willing to become a member of the Christian church.
