Taichung City Government Public School Program 

- Starting MID-August 2017; one year, renewable contract 
- Students: G1-6 & G7-12 (Elementary /Junior high level) 
- Salary ( depends on education background and seniority) 
  Starts from NT$62,720 (Bachelors), NT$ 69,965 (Masters), NT$ 73,025 (PhD) 
- NT$ 40,000 – Airfare (round-way) 
- NT$ 5,000/month - Housing reimbursement , NT$10,000 for a teacher with a spouse/lineal relative(s) by blood per month. 
- Work permit and ARC provided 
- Health and Labor Insurance available 
- Teach Monday to Friday; AM8:00 – PM17:00 
-- Elementary school within 24 classes/week, 
-- Secondary school within 22 classes/week 
- 40-45 min per class 
- Class size: 5~25 
- Curriculum: ESL

TEACHER REQUIREMENTS: 
- Native English speaker from USA/UK/CAN,/AUS/NZ/SA 
- Bachelor’s degree 
- valid teacher license/teacher registration certificate
