ESL Teacher

Job title: English Teacher
• Teach English to students of all ages 3 to 12 mainly
• Attend weekly meeting, training, workshop and do paper work
• Handle all class sizes from 1 on 1 to groups
• 5 working days/week
• 35 working hours/week 25 teaching + 10 non-teaching

Basic salary: 13,000+ RMB per month

Bonus system
• Contract completion bonus: 5000 RMB
• Bonus for successful demo, customer retention, class regrouping and new teacher recommendation
• Monthly evaluation bonus: 300RMB to 1,000RMB depending on performance
• Overtime pay: 200 RMB per hour for extra teaching

Allowance system
• Housing allowance: 1000 RMB per month
• Reimbursement of flight ticket to China:5000 RMB as maximum

Requirements
• Native English speaker preferred
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree and majored in education preferred
• At least 1 year related experience with reference letter
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate preferred
• 22 to 45 years old
