Energetic and Enthusiastic GERMAN/ENGLISH Teacher Needed ASAP in Poland

El Dorado Cultural Center POLAND is requiring this year an energetic and entusiastic GERMAN/ENGLISH teacher Starting on ASAP, finishing on 11/07/2018

THE TIPE OF CONTRACT

The contract will be valid for the period of 10 months. In the case that the beginning date of the contract falls before the legal entry date (as recognized by the Immigration Office of the Republic of Poland) the validity of contract will be shortened accordingly and will begin on the day of my first workday. It will be possible to extend contract’s length after mutual agreement.

TEACHERS RESPONSIBILITIES

1) I will work at el Dorado Cultural Center’s premises or other place designated by the Employer.

2) I will work a maximum of 30 hours a week. The workdays start on Monday and end on Saturday. Daily teaching hours are between 8am and 10 pm and they are flexible in accordance with the Employer’s schedule.

3) I will be paid 2800 PLN after deductions per month even if I work fewer than 30 hours a week due to lack of classes. 
However, my first salary will be reduced by the cost of work permit and the cost of its shipment to my country. Both amounts will be paid to me together with my last salary under the condition that I fulfill all of the contract terms. My salary will be paid during 15 days after my work completion. El Dorado Cultural Center will pay for me all of the required taxes and I will be also covered by medical benefits under the Polish National Health Organization. However if I don’t work regularly scheduled hours due to my absence or other reason caused by me, my monthly salary will be calculated after deducting hours I did not work.

4) My responsibilities and duties as a teacher at el Dorado Cultural Center will include: 
•teaching English and German to children, teenagers and adults of different levels on a one-to-one basis and in groups, 
•planning, preparing and presenting lessons according to the School’s curriculum, 
•conducting assigned classes at the times scheduled, 
•keeping up to date with changes in my class schedule, 
•organizing the classroom and preparing teaching materials in order to create a positive learning environment, 
•preparing, conducting and marking tests and exams, 
•assigning homework to students and grading it, 
•maintaining classroom discipline and safeguarding children’s health and safety both when they are authorized 
to be on the school premises and when they are engaged in authorized school activities elsewhere 
•providing accurate and complete records of activities and topics covered during my classes in the way required by the employer and on time 
•maintaining accurate and complete records and reports of students’ attendance, grades and progress in the way required by the employer and on time 
•taking responsibility for the progress of students, 
•providing feedback and advice to parents and careers on a pupil's progress at parents' meetings and in other ways required by the Employer, 
•providing parents with resources to practice at home what children have learnt during classes, 
•attending actively staff meetings and working with other employees to plan and coordinate work, 
•participating in professional development opportunities which may take place outside working hours and which will not be paid, 
•organizing and taking part in school events, outings and activities which may take place outside working hours and which will not be paid. 
•arriving to school minimum 10 minutes before the first class starts

5) I will accept Employer’s arrangements, directions, supervision and evaluation in regard to my work.

6) I will not engage in other teaching jobs, including part time work or private tutoring within the area of Oława, during my employment period and during 1 year after work completion at El Dorado Cultural Center without the Employer’s agreement.

7) I will not reveal any information regarding the Employer, my classes or students to any other person or company.

REQUIREMTS: 
* English level:Native or C1 
* German level :Native or C1 
* Education Level: Qualification in Education, Marketing, Humanities, 
* Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, culturally adaptable, fast learner 
* Length: flexible 
* The candidate should hold a bachelor degree in education or its equivalents such as CELTA TEFL/TESOL.
