Teaching condition:
1.Starting September, 2017 (one year contract first, then three year contract based on performance) 
2.middle school students age 13-14
3.class size (around 30 students)
4.working schedule: regular throughout the semester, mostly Monday to Friday except for some special events organized on weekends
5.7 teaching classes (50 minutes each), and 10 hours of teaching-related activities, including but not limited to Conversational English Corners, demo lessons, office hours, parents meetings and student outings, some of which might be organized on evenings or weekends but will be informed and discussed with teachers in advance.

Requirements: 
1.CELTA/Trinity TESOL certified or of equivalence (preferred)
2.Native speaker of English
3.3+ years of ESL teaching experience
4.Proven track record of achievement at both academic and professional level;
5.Highly organized,able to offer detailed feedback about each student upon request;
6.Passionate about teaching, the English language, and motivating students;
7.Culturally sensitive and empathetic towards the students’ prior experiences;
8.Adaptable, able to accept and implement specific feedback on his/her teaching
